Dio Gonzalez is the Founder and President of Trulink Lending, bringing over 25 years of
experience in mortgage operations, compliance, and loan origination. She began her mortgage
career in 2001 as CEO and Owner of Mi Casa Mortgage, a company focused on serving
emerging markets and the Latino community. In 2004, she was honored as Hispanic
Businesswoman of the Year for the State of Wisconsin in recognition of her leadership and
impact.
As a top producer and industry leader, Dio has managed lending teams, overseen compliance
for financial institutions, and built strong partnerships with realtors and title professionals. Her
expertise provides clients with valuable insight into financing one of the most critical parts of any
real estate transaction.
Fluent in English and Spanish, she is committed to guiding first-time buyers, families, and
investors with professionalism, clarity, and a results-driven approach.
